Try
When writing this Try had only just arrived hence I can only tell you what little I know. He is a 10-y-o bay gelding by Rakaposhi King out of Wonkey (what a super name for a mum) and stands 16.2hh. During his racing career he had 8 runs and 2 wins, he ceased racing due to a leg injury and has been turned out for quite some time. Unfortunately he does crib bite and wind suck which makes life difficult when it comes to finding a good home but when that time comes I’m sure there will be someone out there for him.

Try is proving to be a very nervous and timid horse who whilst he desperately wants to please under saddle he really does lack confidence in the rider. This will come right in time but there is no short cut to curing this type of problem. However, he is well worth waiting for as he really is a smashing little horse.

Having improved dramatically Try is now living with Vicky in Surrey. Unfortunately due to such awful weather conditions his work has had to be put on hold for a while but the intentions are to simply let him show Vicky which direction he will be going in the future under saddle.
