Horses at Belmoredean Stud

Super as we call him is a 7-y-o bay gelding by Zafonic out of a mare named Queen of Dance and stands approximately 16.1hh. Previously owned by Mrs Pauline Scott who is has several horses in training and is passionate about her horses welfare after their racing days are over Super was sent to us simply because he appeared to be fed up with the racing game.

On arrival we found Super to be very timid and rather depressed, however, he has since come out of his hell and is progressing well. He is very sound and has no stable vices at all hence I feel sure that he should have a good future ahead of him.

This cracking little horse has now moved home and lives down in East Sussex not far from the coast with Chris who is the editor of the monthly magazine “Horse Health”. Having really come on in leaps and bounds over the past few months, Super has really hit it off with Chris and their plans are to do some low level dressage and plenty of hacking though the Sussex countryside.
