Our Charity Raceday at the iconic Jockey Club racecourse at Sandown Park is the social and fundraising highlight of the year for The Racehorse Sanctuary.   This event not only provides great fun for our supporters, but also provides an essential contribution to the funds we need to raise to continue the dedicated work of the charity.

This year our raceday will be held on Wednesday 19 September 2018 and is once again sponsored by our major partner Max Patel of St James's Place Wealth Management.  We owe a singular debt of gratitude to Max for her generous support, and the work put in by her team to make the event a success.

We promise you that a day out at Sandown Park with your friends will not disappoint, as it provides fantastic value for a colourful and exciting sporting event. Doors open at 11:00 am for a Champagne Reception, followed by a three-course Silver Service Lunch including half a bottle of wine per guest in the private Solario Suite, with panoramic views over the racecourse.

We are putting together an exciting selection of must have items to attract your generous bids to our live?charity auction. These will again include some items money cannot buy and some great holidays. In the afternoon we will enjoy a full programme of flat racing, as well as tea and cake served to your table. There will be the chance to bid for some interesting and unusual silent auction items and to try your luck for raffle prizes.

Put this important date in your diary and line up your friends. We are keeping the all-inclusive ticket prices to £95 per head, outstanding value for a day's entertainment of this quality.

To book your tickets please call Melanie on 07876 560670. Melanie will be able to take payment by Debit or Credit Card; there is no booking fee. She will need addresses to send out the tickets by post two weeks before the event. Please remember to tell her about any special dietary requirements for members of your party.

You can also make a request for tickets by post, enclosing your cheque for payment made out to The Racehorse Sanctuary, to: Melanie Kenward, Moathouse Farm, Rusper Road, Horsham, West Sussex RH12 4QR.

If you are unable to attend, but would like to support the work of the charity, you can do so online here. Or post your donation to our administrative office address: The Racehorse Sanctuary, 50 Quarry Street, Guildford GU1 3UA.

Thank you so much for your support.
